Recruiting, establishing and leading the development reaching up to 25 developers, including managing 5 team leaders and providing training and guidance. Managing and controlling annual budget including equipment procurement planning, resources allocation, forecasts and milestones, conducting ongoing monitoring. Developing in Real Time embedded environment (DSP), signal processing and sensors, interfacing hardware and chips. Inventor of 10 different patents.

In charge of defining and designing multi-disciplinary multi million dollars product for a foreign Navy, working closely with the customer in Singapore, including implementation Participation in code writing, working with the R & D team.
