My volunteer roles began as a member in 2013, progressed to a board member, and now I hold the position of vice president in 2024.

This semester, we began teaching the "E-Commerce Principles and Applications" course as guest lecturers at Galatasaray University with LC Waikiki E-Commerce School instructors.

-Planning, scheduling and tracking project timelines and milestones using HP PPM tool. -Managing project issues, risks and change requests. -Coaching, mentoring and supporting less experienced project managers. -Fulfilling the requirements of Business Relation Management role for IT Department. -Coordinating demands of IT with IT Demand Management Representatives. -Facilitating communication of project health and status with project teams, stakeholders, and senior level management. -Leading, managing, coordinating, reporting on medium to large sized multiple projects according to PMI methodology. -Taking role on improvement of the Project Management Processes of the Technical Project Management Department.
