• Prepared year-end financial statements and liaised with the external auditors to accumulate information relating to the year-end financial audit for 3 of the 6 real estate funds. • Coordinated with the external tax preparers, as well as reviewed all necessary tax filings such as partner K-1’s and fund and lower-tier tax returns. • Managed transaction dissemination including distributions received and reviewed the relevant agreements to determine how transactions should be recorded. • Acquired investment support and documents from the asset managers, operating partners, attorneys and any other internal or external 3rd parties relating to all transactions. • Reviewed the day-to-day cash reconciliation prepared by the Fund Accountants involving 9 other Bank Accounts set up for the 3 funds, as well as analyzed quarterly and annual financial closing reports • Assisted in preparing and reviewing statements sent to internal or external entities such as partner capital statements to investors and liquidity analysis to meet creditor requirements.

• Prepared auditing strategies and supervised approximately 10 staff members on audit procedures on both domestic and international clients. • Handled audit requests for clients and assisted them in understanding the entire process and find a resolution • Performed internal control testing as well as SOX compliance audits in order to assess the client control environment. • Prepared annual financial statements in accordance with the most updated GAAP and/or SEC policies • Liaised with the internal and external valuation specialist to carry out the required testing process for equity, bond and hard-to-price derivative and financial securities • Presented reports to the Manager or Partner regarding critical red flags, open issues and management improvement proposal
