Pre-Project Evaluation & Design - Technical Eval: Analyze customer samples to propose optimal hardware (cameras, lenses, lighting) and software requirements. - DFM & RFQ: Lead Technical Evaluations and DFM reviews to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness. - Costing: Manage technical costing and selection of vision components. Development & Troubleshooting - End-to-End Development: Design and support automated vision inspection systems for high-speed machines. - Advanced Troubleshooting: Expert in Root Cause Analysis and implementing recovery structures to ensure production continuity. - Multi-Platform: Develop solutions using Irayple MVP, HALCON Engineering Standards (ECN/ECO) - Change Management: Manage ECN/ECO workflows to ensure BOM accuracy and hardware standardization. Integration & Yield Optimization - Quality Assurance: Internal buy-offs and onsite integration to ensure system performance. Stakeholder Support & Training - Knowledge Transfer/Technical writing: Create user manuals and train maintenance teams to improve operational readiness and reduce reliance on engineering. - Proactive Support: Evaluate new customer requirements and communicate technical results to align cross-functional teams.

Major Role: Run tests on various products to troubleshoot and debug and fix technical problems to ensure the quality of the products. Task/Project involved: - Tested and troubleshoot the rejected PCBA symptoms or failure of the PCBA to function. - Assisted in the troubleshooting of the Robert Bosch (GLM 30 and PMD 10) and Motorola Charger (PMPN 4133A and PMPN 4137A). - Used a multimeter, oscilloscope, manual soldering, and a hot air blower for debugging. - Record debug analysis reports by using Microsoft Excel. - Use Pivot Table and Pivot Chart for test debug to key in and analyze for fast debug turnaround.

A Part-Time Job during Semester Break to gain work experience. – To work as part of a team or on my own, as well as how to use my initiative and develop considerable attention to detail. Working Tasks - Provided direction to the creative team through brief writing for marketing executions including the Shopee platform, and print catalog. (30%) - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator.
