Developing and effectively implementing total remuneration strategies for entire Eczacıbaşı Group; in line with the values, strategic goals and objectives of the Group. Carrying out organizational design projects and job evaluation processes for all companies within the Group. Analyze and track HR metrics for the Group across all business units. Lead HR analytics projects, develop strategies for successful data analysis and reporting.Implement data analytical tools and statistics to produce actionable insights.

- Running concurrent projects across the areas of Reward, Talent and Insight. - Analysis of compensation and benefits data across different sectors, with a main focus on clients in the Industrial sectors. - Preparing detailed reports and analysis for the clients. - Delivering high quality work that meets and exceeds client expectations, successful and timely delivery in accordance with project plans. - Following key global developments in related industries. - Participating in product development, research planning and innovation.
