Company provide some services such as : 1. Maintenance and service of plasterboard machine and equipment. 2. Design and fabrication of plant mechanical and electrical system related to the bulk material handling. 3. Design and Fabrication of the plant safety system. 4. Mechanical and electrical equipment and spare part supply. 5. Custom polyurethane and epoxy paint production for corrosion resistance paint application in plant building structures. 6. Fan Balancing and motor vibration analysis as per customer need. 7. Liaise with PT Festo Indonesia for basic mechanical and fastener training. 8. Liaise with PT AETS Indo Pasific for mechanical electrical audit for high rise building. 9. 3D design and shop drawing production for skateboard & bicycle speed track. 10. 3D design for shark fin & plug on surfing board considering speed, maneuvering and jumping style. My responsibility is to handle all task and execute in timely basis for customer satisfaction. Of course for tax report is another side job for monthly and yearly. Planning, design & estimation, presentation to customer, quotation, procurement, arrange manpower & permit to work, site supervision, commissioning & hand over, until invoicing is part of my activities.

- Project Management on Sanitary Piping and Stainless Steel Tank manufacturing. ( especially for food & baverage, painting company and pharmaceutical company ) - Budget controlling during execution. - Managing safety plan for preliminary project until commissioning. - Drawing review. - Document hand over and technical review.

working for final execution on site project for coordination of equipment installation. - Heat exchanger installation and supervision. - Unloading imported equipment as per safety standard - Coal boiler system installation and supervision, waste water treatment installation. - Supervise belt conveyor installation - Supervision on grinding mill foundation and equipment installation until commissioning. - Steam pipe supervision for installation - Manage all of installation based on safety standard. - Liaise with the Indonesian custom related import permit and equipment arrival.

BUILDING PHASE -Prepare technical specification for entire building and utility such as area, pipeline route, height of building, shape of building, drainage position, lighting on each room and warehouse, and level of plate form for highest building. - Layout drawing for warehouse, production line, truck loading and forklift flow. - Make tender for building construction based on the technical specification. - Invite contractor to calculate and design plant building based on the layout drawing. - Inspect contractor working condition as per safety regulation. - Shop drawing check and approved for building construction based on contract design. - Prepare documentation related to the building for permit. - Civil and structure erection work monitoring in term of execution, safety and quality. EQUIPMENT PHASE - Prepare layout drawing for equipment installation. - Make process equipment flow ( PID ) and plant circulation. - Process Design each equipment such as roller conveyor, V plough conveyor, dust collector, pneumatic transfer, dryer, heat exchanger, compressor, chiller system, Claudius peter mill, hammer mill, ball mill, apron feeder, cyclone, dust collector, fan, blower. - Make general design and drawing for each equipment. - Make equipment specification based on the proses equipment flow. - Purchase and contact supplier for equipment order based on the specification. - Invite mechanical contractor to quot price based on the working list. - Supervise installation equipment on site. - Monitoring equipment installation in term of safety, quality and final result. - Permit preparation related to the importing equipment. MANAGEMENT - weekly report to the project engineering manager in term of safety, work progress. - Montly report to Technical steering committee. - Monthly budget report. COMMISIONING- - Dry commissioning for each equipment. - Make equipment will run well in term of process and quality.

- Maintenance task for rotating equipment, and machine related to the bulk material handling. - Develop improvement to increase production capacity and cost reducing. - Log out tag out try out ( LOTOTO ) development and implementation. - Continuous improvement for plant equipment which is increasing machine reliability and production capacity. - Maintenance and improvement for forklift reliability. - Vibration analysis and equipment balancing for rotating equipment. - Improvement for dust collector performance, increasing filtering process. - Improvement pneumatic transfer system performance for bulk material transfer.

Production Line leader has responsibility to handle raw material, machines & equipment, process, finish good and operator. And reducing waste and increasing efficiencies is other parts of my job.
