• Handle full importation procedures: create purchase contracts, coordinate customs clearance, manage inspection processes (culture/quality), arrange final delivery to stores or warehouse. • Lead procurement of DIY goods, electronic devices, game machines, and digital signage systems, including ordering, repair coordination, and installation. • Supervise and guide merchandiser staff based on MD Manager’s instructions; ensure task alignment and timely completion. • Track and process warranty claims; manage shipment and internal transfer of warranty parts and defective items. • Support inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth flow of incoming/ outgoing goods. • Summarize and compare costs, freight to manage then make payment to logistics agency. • Contribute to internal process documentation and SOPs. • Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, construction teams to ensure end-to-end efficiency.

• Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures. • Develop new suppliers and take charge of supplier related paperwork. • Review and analyze, compare all suppliers, and price options. • Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality. • Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times and potential future development. • Follow up the first inspection, initial report, RoHS summary. • Issue PO, manage delivery and control inventory. • Use SAP systems to control and follow up procurement activities.

• Localized and managed the packaging category for two sites: Vietnam and German factories. • Negotiated and managed commercial relationships with current and new suppliers, including annual pricing, quotations, payment terms, MOQ, and lead time. • Developed and evaluated suppliers based on performance, quality, and on-time delivery. • Led supplier sourcing and selection activities for the packaging category. • Coordinated with cross-functional departments (Sales, R&D, QA, and Production) for localization, transfer, and new projects. • Supported supplier audits to ensure quality standards. • Analyzed and tracked forecasted demand for packaging parts and resin. • Identified and implemented cost savings projects, resulting in significant savings. • Provided support to other categories such as Potting & Chemical, Soldering, Resin, Tape, and Glue.
