Small business owner forced to be a "Jack of all trades". My wife and I started developing the concept for One World Co. Inc back in 2007. Starting with a small retail store, we have continued to slowly grow to multiple retail locations, two in-store craft wine, beer and coffee bars, an in-house clothing brand and screenprint shop, and a growing digital platform. Discovering new trends, continuing to learn new concepts, exercising the imagination and ensuring a positive experience for all employees, consumes much of my energy. Owning a business is the hardest work you will ever love.
