Manager in Risk Assurance practise. As a consultant I have more than 7 years of experience in the area of risk management and process assurance. I leaded team working on TPRM project for biggest Czech company and participated on one project for International company in Washington. Purpose of this project was to set up whole TPRM framework, focused on compliance, financial condition and technological requirements in the area of security, availability and compatibility. In previous years I also worked as an advisor for many largest Czech companies where he provided services around SOX404, ISO 27001, COBIT 5, several Due Diligence and ITRM projects. Relevant Experiences with impact on IT Risk Management Volkswagen Group – Two years of IT review of client’s IT environment and key financially significant applications. The work consisted of review of understanding, evaluating and testing of design and operating effectiveness of IT General Controls. Security review of SAP systems of Skoda Auto and third parties (VW, India). Mapping of the following business processes: Revenues & Receivables, Purchasing & Payables and Acquire to Retire. BMW and Nokia Siemens Network (consulting) – Identification of IT and Business risks over Warranty Claim Management. RWE Share Service Center – IT Risk Assessment over General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Fixed Assets and Payments processes. RWE, Datart, REWE Group, Metrostav, AHOLD – IT review for financial audit purposes in order to assess whether reliance can be placed on client’s IT environment and key financially significant applications. Business process mapping and controls (mostly revenue and purchasing cycles, but also process of packaging finished goods).

I worked three years as a Project manager with focus on construction of big investment projects from different business sectors like food industry (Breweries, Dairy plants, Farms), Energy (Hydro power plants, Electric motors) or production of glass (packaging or technical glass). I was responsible for preparation of quotations and contracts for these projects as well as for their construction and commissioning as an EPC contractor. This experience gave me an excellent knowledge in the area of preparation of financial and technological parts of contracts and construction assurance in accordance with the contract and the technological specifications. Among other things, I was involved in the construction project of a brewery plant in Ethiopia (Raya Brewery) and completely managed the construction project of dairy plant in Mongolia (Vitafit LLC - this project was completely mine, from identification of the opportunity to commissioning).
