Driving organizational effectiveness and thus business improvement through HR related perspective.

Leading TM core processes: Talent and Potential Planning, Performance Management Process, Leadership Curriculum and Employee Engagement Management for Argentina, Chile, Bolivia and Uruguay.

Recruitment processes, Gender Diversity initiatives, Performance Management Process implementations, Organizational Climate Management and Training programs design and delivery.

Area start-up. Leading a 4 people team towards quality Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Personnel Administration, Labor Relations and Training planning.
