Focusing on mission-critical cooling infrastructure, including , Liquid to Air/Liquid Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs), Cold Plate Loops, Hose Kits, Manifolds, Rear Door Heat Exchangers (RDHx), and Pumped 2 Phase cooling systems working closely with engineering, operations, and executive leadership. Key Achievements • Successfully ramped and deployed the world's first large scale (10,000+) in-row liquid to air CDU to AI DataCenters in 2025. Managed FRU parts and oversaw the service activities for customer data centers across the globe. • Defined the customer's cooling solution roadmaps by TDP prediction and landed the Pumped 2 Phase project. • Lead the engineering service projects for cluster design with emphasis on CFD and structural analysis for early engagement and product offering expansion in the facility side. • Annual Revenue: 600+ Million USD.

Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for CDU systems that align with business objectives, financial goals and technology partnerships. Conduct detailed supplier analysis across CDU, liquid cooling, rear door heat exchangers, and energy-efficient cooling technologies. Key Achievements • Successful proposal of refined customer OEM BOM based on product requirements, including cooling capacity, reliability, efficiency, certifications, and compliance standards of Deschutes CDU system. • Strategically lead the development direction of key suppliers, guiding core suppliers from different industries into the Data Center applications. One example was the breakthrough on stainless steel manifold orbital welding through partnership.
