I lead end-to-end R&D, product development, and prototyping for food production machinery and production lines. -Manage a 4-person R&D team; own work packages, technical decisions, procurement, and workshop coordination. -Develop mechanical designs for new machines and production lines, including operating and safety scenarios, layout planning, and procurement & production planning. -Delivered 5 projects in 6 months (revisions + new designs): mechanical design, prototype manufacturing, testing, and production readiness. -Lead system architecture and mechanical design coordination for a high-capacity stone-hearth tunnel oven, in addition to production planning and project tracking. -Owned technical scope, cost/performance trade-offs, and schedule management on six-figure (€) programs. -Process scope: DFM (Design for Manufacturability), prototype manufacturing, field testing, commissioning. -Support customer delivery and post-commissioning after-sales technical support; coordinate export logistics & installation and related technical documentation.

I conducted product design and R&D for custom machinery and additive manufacturing projects. -Led the end-to-end workflow for tailored mechanical systems: concept → detailed design → prototyping. -Re-designed critical parts and sub-assemblies through reverse engineering, validating solutions via multiple manufacturing methods. -Converted concept/artistic designs into manufacturable products by applying DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles. -Drove iterative improvements through prototype builds and field testing.

I actively supported the Mechanical R&D team on the shop floor, contributing to machining, welded fabrication, and quality inspection processes. -Interpreted technical drawings, verified manufacturability, and performed dimensional checks and quality measurements. -Worked hands-on with production processes, developing a strong design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and shop-floor-oriented engineering mindset.

I led the product design and project management of the L7e-CU class modular OSCargo electric vehicle. -Built the vehicle concept, system architecture, and product design from scratch within 6 months. -Completed prototyping in 2 months with a 6-person team, leading assembly and testing activities. -Delivered a fully functional, series-production-ready prototype through rapid iteration under a constrained budget. -Managed the development of a modular, efficient commercial vehicle program through the testing phase.

I managed the end-to-end lifecycle of EV components/systems I designed—design → manufacturing → prototyping → import operations → sales. -Established a school-based revolving fund (self-financing unit) to generate revenue and fund new engineering projects. -Contributed to sales and operational processes through the revolving fund, including order handling and fulfillment coordination. -Ran both product development and commercialization tracks in parallel.
