-Provide reliable and credible ETA and supplier feedback and manage day-to-day tasks. -Enhancing procurement information and ERP system purchasing services to make sure that all modifications are uploaded into the Gutmann ERP system. -Provide proper information for internal departments, such as logistics, supply chain, estimation, design, and technical personnel. -Negotiate prices and apply agreements; prepare, review, and process purchase orders for material and suppliers. -Track vendor performance regarding quality, responsiveness, shipping accuracy, and timeliness. -Coordinate closely with warehouse, distribution, and shipping personnel. -Report present and future material availability as per suppliers feedback. -Prepare consumption analytical sheets in order to enhance and back up. -To support the supply chain director to receive on-ground material requested related to the project and stock. -Coordinate with QC for accepting or rejecting goods. -Review suppliers invoices (approving or rejecting) and communicate/approve suppliers payments. -Identify material and provide guidance in collaboration with the logistics manager as per the management project priority.

- Researched and evaluated potential suppliers to determine the best fit for company needs and to identify cost savings opportunities. - Coordinating with Multiple suppliers, getting client quotations and preparing competitive quotations. -Negotiate prices with vendors, suppliers, and traders to have the most cost-effective. - Regularly review stock levels and adjust purchase order as necessary to maintain balanced inventory assortment. - Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. - Managed the supply chain process, from order placement to delivery, to facilitate on-time and accurate fulfillment. -Responsible for monitoring, managing and controlling the daily operations. - Review quality of purchased products and enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases. - Analyzing on market trends and our competitor pricing in the market.

• Monitoring shipment progress; using the standard process and internal tools to troubleshoot and problem solve within tight deadlines. • Overseeing in-progress shipments & act upon identifying possible delays or blockers for smooth. • Maintain high operational standard with carriers on safety performance, process and complains. • Respond in a timely manner and resolve tickets while active during shipment. • Escalate to the relevant department in accordance to SOP, unresolved incidents. • Providing excellent phone, SMS, and email customer support as well as entering all necessary carriers- side documentation on a load per load basis as needed. Completion of shipments according to procedures playbook. • Monitoring Control Tower Operations and creating demands and carriers assigned. • Ensure drivers are always aware of every shipment requirement(s) and follow-up consistently to ensure high-quality service for Trella’s shippers

• Implementing cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehousing transaction and service transportation activities. • Ensuring that sub-contractors are effectively managed and reviewed. • Ensuring that all objectives, instructions, and directions from the operations manager are successfully achieved. • Supporting and participating in the process related to supply chain management activities, including a proactive contribution to win strategies. • Selecting, negotiating, and implementing supply orders in accordance with the right policy and procedures as stated by the organization’s standard suite of conditions. • Ensuring that goods are delivered in the right quantities, to the right customer, and at the right time undertaking the full review and development of warehouse systems and procedures. • Ensuring that materials are available at all times, especially when required, and that planning functions are effectively and efficiently managed. • Monitoring and overseeing the maintenance and well-being of stores vehicles, machinery, and all other equipment. • Implementing the tools or techniques that are related to logistics and supply chain management processes for a more effective and easier job. • Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Monitoring & reporting to senior manager on the inventory and day to day activity. • Mainly responsible for managing the product delivery and services, involving from the orders of the product and transportation till acceptance. • Mainly responsible for inventory control include damage stock to replace it with a new one. • Ensure availability & visibility of defined Client's products with in Assigned territory/ channels.
