The Secure Connect Gateway (SCG) provides a secure two-way connection between your environment and Dell Technologies Services ideal for monitoring Dell EMC devices across your data center, including data storage, servers, networking, CI/HCI and data protection, all in one place. Work on several Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, SUSE, Red hat) for Secure connect gateway (SCG) product development, deployment, and maintenance. • Utilize Jira and Salesforce for CRM, enhancing workflow efficiency and customer relationship management. • Create scripts to resolve bugs and enhance functionality, leveraging advanced software skills for effective problemsolving. • Troubleshoot RESTful API issues between SCG and storage devices, utilizing Postman for testing and validation of API functionality. • Investigate issues with the SCG database and conducted troubleshooting tasks to resolve SQL-related problems. • Author and curated knowledge base articles to provide comprehensive documentation for SCG issues and services. • Deploy SCG appliances using Docker, ensuring consistent and efficient deployment processes across various SCG environments. • Contribute to security bug fixes within the software development lifecycle of the SCG, ensuring timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities.

• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks. • Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, access points ,DNS and DHCP. • Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.

• Responsible for providing network support which may include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to WAN/LAN/ISP/DNS/DHCP connectivity, wireless solutions, local firewall, and VPN configurations. • Provide timely and accurate network information during disruptive network events and major, critical and catastrophic outages. • Answer phone calls, tickets and emails pertaining to users’ network issues or questions. • Conduct on-site visits to deploy certain network infrastructure or to troubleshoot connectivity problems. • Train and mentor new employees or interns in monitoring system and troubleshooting process.

• Implemented a character detector which extracts printed or handwritten text from an image or a video. • Evaluated more than 10 peer tasks which helped them enhance their project. • Trained on many libraries in Python including OpenCV and Easyocr.
