- Led 10-person operational and marketing analytics team delivering reporting and dashboard solutions and supporting hundreds of ad hoc data calls to expedite the candidate pipeline (i.e., 2,000 user stories using Jira). - Utilized cloud-based CRM software (Salesforce, MS Azure), data visualization technologies (MS Power BI), and advanced analytics tools (R, Python) to model dozens of disparate data sources. - Collaborated with 4 workstreams and hundreds of client stakeholders (i.e., HQ and Airports) to integrate data across teams and implement usable, repeatable solutions for users. - Delivered 100+ hours of reporting training during system transition to USA Staffing Cognos across 450 airports to help HR specialists identify hiring process bottlenecks and outreach impacts.

- Assessed forward looking data requirements and structure for an enterprise data platform. - Defined enhanced application data architecture, storage and integration strategies. - Created and recommended future data operating model, data stewardship program, and data management and governance initiatives.

- Assessed 30+ legacy system applications and infrastructure configurations to provide rehost, rearchitect, or reimagine migration recommendations leveraging AWS products. - Created 3-year modernization roadmap including phased implementation approach for prioritized application bundles. - Estimated total modernization investment and break-even point to complete cloud implementation including infrastructure, licensing, and labor costs. - Analyzed ~1,200 SAP BO reports and provided Tableau conversion recommendations.

- Analyzed 20+ source systems to explore and validate large data sets in MS Power BI. - Reviewed data insights and defined 200+ human capital factors in collaboration with client stakeholders. - Conducted interviews and pairwise survey to capture qualitative measures and weights expressed by client executives across regional departments and office locations. - Provided workforce allocation recommendations based on weighted mean and linear regression modeling efforts combining the most influential factors. - On a separate part-time project, stood up new analytics/reporting Kanban team and managed backlog and delivery of about 50+ user stories and epics in a fully agile team environment.

- Automated 100+ regression test scripts with a Selenium developer. - Created a 5-year strategic roadmap to depict integrations across teams and technologies given recent client investments in various DevOps tools and applications. - Supported proposal efforts and coordinated innovation workshop to help client make strategic investment decisions on moving to Cloud and a new BI/Analytics platform.

- Led team of about 5 developers to deploy interactive maps and key performance metrics in Oracle BI dashboards (including 30+ reports and visuals).

- Managed team of about 10 developers to create data visualization prototypes and gained client leadership buy-in on future designs, data priorities and documentation standards.

- Performed root-cause analysis on supply chain bottlenecks and delivered BI/Analytics solutions to expedite international delivery process. - Collaborated with international partners to establish service performance standards. - Maintained 300+ SQL queries across team of 5 analysts to ensure high quality, efficient data reporting.

- Designed and deployed 2 SAP Business Objects dashboards and 3 SAP Business Warehouse reporting solutions to Production helping users track financial year-end metrics. - Acted as functional liaison between large BI development team and SAP SMEs to identify key fields, data relationships, document metric definitions, and validate data outputs for automation designs (i.e. ETL process, info cubes, reports, charts, hierarchies, filters, etc.)

- Developed Benefits Realization Scorecard by leveraging data extracts from SAP databases to measure ROI of new, modernized system implementation. Monthly metric reports were then automated via dashboards. - Updated contract management documentation and financials tools to support extended PMO team on contract decisions, resource and configuration management, and to track overall program scope changes.
