My main tasks in this position include the testing and development of silicone elastomers with various additives, crosslinking, etc. to optimize mechanical properties and chemical resistance. Extruded product, injection molded product, closed cell foam to develop mechanical properties such as B. Compression set for closed cell foam. I have to test according to ISO, DIN and ASTM standards. Rheology, IR infrared spectroscopy, microscopy, etc. instruments are used to analyze the silicone rubber compounds of the materials. In order to develop the compounding of the materials, I have to comply with the BFR, KTW, etc. and regulations for the environmental impact. such as a chlorine-free crosslinker I am also responsible for the development of products based on fiberglass/polyamide/PET polymers for our cable protection system. Intend to fulfil the customer requirements, resolving customer complaints, etc are the responsibility in this position
