Globant is a multinational with over $2billion annual revenue that is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Globant is specialized in digital consulting and software development and it is known for its expertise in AI, cloud computing, and digital transformation. Member of the EMEA Executive team, reporting to Group CFO and Region CEO. Leading a team of >30 members in Spain, Italy, UK, India and Belarus, managing the areas of AP, procurement, billing, treasury, accounting, taxes, payroll and FP&A for EMEA (revenues >€200m).

Amadeus is a publicly traded technology company listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange that specializes in software solutions for the travel industry, with almost €6billion annual revenue. Managing a team of 7 professionals in Spain and France for the FP&A of 1 of the 4 Group business lines: Strategic Growth Businesses (Payments, Airport IT, Rail IT & Innovation area) with >€250m revenues.

Leading a team of >10 professionals in the USA and Philippines and managing the areas of accounts payable, billing, treasury, accounting, taxes and FP&A

After 2 years in the team, I became the leader of Corporate FP&A team, reporting to Group CFO, managing a team of 16 professionals, based in Spain and France. In charge of: i) the group’s annual financial planning cycle (>200 companies & annual revenues €5,000m), including the annual budget, forecasts, and LTP; and ii) Preparation / presentation of the consolidated financial report to Management and BoD, reporting under IFRS.

Monthly analysis of deviations and trends in Gross Margin. Monitoring and reporting of main financial indicators (volume, unit price, mix, etc.). Analysis of the travel industry, market share, etc.

PwC is a leading global professional services network, offering expertise in audit, tax, and consulting. Preparation of buy & sell Due Diligence reports as team leader, managing project deadlines and presenting conclusions to the client. Analysis: historical results, Balance Sheet, Quality of EBITDA, adjusted Net Debt, Working Capital seasonality, Cash Flows. Review of financial projections, valuation models, sensitivity analysis. Commercial proposals, billing and monitoring of the project’s profitability.

Audits under local accounting principles (telecommunications, media, technology). Definition of control procedures, substantive tests and risk analysis. Review of reporting packages to headquarters.
