IRI VISION is a company specializing in audiovisual production, multicam broadcasting, and digital communication. As the Founder and CEO, I play an active role in both the creative and technical aspects of production, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and innovation. My expertise includes directing, cinematography, live multicam operations, and post-production. I oversee the execution of corporate films, event coverage, live streaming, and digital media projects, working closely with clients to transform their vision into compelling visual content. Additionally, I manage project logistics, coordinate production teams, and implement strategies to enhance the company’s growth and market presence. With a deep passion for storytelling and a commitment to pushing creative boundaries, IRI VISION aims to deliver impactful and visually engaging content that resonates with audiences across various industries.

As a TV Director at Medi1TV, I am responsible for: • Directing Live Broadcasts: Leading live and pre-recorded productions to ensure smooth and engaging broadcasts. • Team Management: Coordinating with producers, cameramen, sound technicians, and stage managers. • Creative Direction: Implementing creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling. • Technical Coordination: Using equipment like Dalet Galaxy, Tricaster, Viz Trio, and Orad Maestro to manage video and graphic elements. • Problem-Solving: Quickly addressing any technical issues during broadcasts. • Quality Assurance: Ensuring all broadcast elements meet high-quality standards. My experience in various control room roles helps me direct productions efficiently and effectively.

I work as a versatile audiovisual technician at the control room of the Moroccan channel Medi1TV. I perform various tasks which include : • Assistant Director : Operating as the director’s right hand, I orchestrate the seamless integration of all video elements, such as VTR, OFF, Phonos, Maps, and Duplex, alongside managing graphical assets like Synthés, GFX, Images, Wall Images, and Stage Coverings using Dalet Galaxy & Tricaster in A/B role and Viz Trio & Orad Maestro in graphics. • Video Equipment management / CCU Operator : With a keen eye for detail, I oversee the calibration of camera inputs, including white balance and color management , while proficiently managing robotic camera systems and ensuring optimal functionality of control room and set equipment. • Studio Cameraman : Demonstrating precision and creativity in capturing high-quality footage within studio settings, contributing to the visual excellence of broadcasts. • Sound Operator : Commanding the sound console, encompassing wireless microphone systems, video audio feeds, duplex communications, and phonos, while exhibiting expertise in program audio mixing. • Stage Manager: Exercising meticulous attention to detail, I facilitate seamless production workflows by outfitting journalists and guests with wireless microphone and headset systems, coordinating their on-air appearances, and ensuring impeccable stage presentation. • Prompter Operator: Operating with precision and efficiency, I oversee the seamless scrolling of scripts for journalists and presenters during live news broadcasts and productions.

I had the opportunity to work with Mediapro during the international Jazz Day festival in Tanger. Over four days, we installed equipment, conducted satellite transmission tests, and captured two hours of live footage for the global audience. It was an exhilarating experience to be part of the team, contributing to the success of this prestigious event.

I'm excited to share the first edition of the Tiztech Event film with you all! Directed by me and produced by IRI Vision , the video captures the essence of this amazing technological gathering that took place in the city of Tiznit on January 24th and 25th, 2024.

I’ve had the honor of directing the documentary portrait of cinematographer Soukayna Belghiti, as well as overseeing the filming and post-production of other portraits within the framework of the Ibnou Khaldoun project, funded by CNRST. This film was part of the Ibnou Khaldoun project, focusing on ‘Cinema, Television, and Gender: Evolution of Women’s Representation in Moroccan Media.

I produced the promotional video for the Riad Annakhil International Polyclinic in Rabat, including editing video clips showcasing the various services offered by the polyclinic. Additionally, I conducted corporate photography sessions and portrait shoots for the doctors.

I produced the promotional video for the R&D station of Agrimatco, showcasing technical and marketing trials located in the Souss Massa region. Additionally, I created video clips highlighting various products of the company.

I worked as the official videographer and photographer for the company OTOF, performing various tasks including: • Professional event highlight video • Providing comprehensive coverage of various events • Capturing stunning aerial footage using drones during team-building exercises and events • Producing polished corporate portraits • Delivering professional-grade video editing and photo retouching services.
