The internship was structured into three key phases: + Theoretical Phase: In-depth research on OT/ICS cybersecurity concepts and exploration of OCP’s complex industrial environments. + Analytical Phase: Study of simulation solutions, assessment of current industry challenges, and definition of project objectives. + Practical Phase: Security enhancement of a simulated petrochemical system (GRFICSv2) using a complete risk-management approach. Main tasks included: Local deployment of the project, Active and passive asset inventory, Vulnerability identification, Penetration testing, Development of a prioritized remediation plan, Partial implementation of security measures, including improving network topology based on the Purdue Model and configuring Access Control Lists (ACLs) across OT levels

Conception et Déploiement d’un SIEM complet basé sur Elastic Stack, assurant la collecte centralisée et l’analyse automatisée des logs multi-sources. L’intégration d’un système d’alertes en temps réel avec Slack, a permis d’atteindre une visibilité immédiate sur les attaques, d’améliorer la détection des menaces et de préparer une base solide pour l’audit et l’investigation en cas d’incident.
