- Manage a purchasing budget of ~€50M across chemical active ingredients, co-formulant and production services. - Lead a procurement team responsible for negotiations, tenders (RFQ/ITT), and supplier management. - Oversee the approved supplier list, supplier qualification, performance tracking, market intelligence and cost reviews. - Manage contracts and spend across all supply chain categories (AI, tolling, packaging, warehousing, transport). - Drive COGS management for a global portfolio of 100+ products. - Strengthen supply chain resilience through supplier diversification.

Provide a long term planning according to the customer needs and operation constraints - Contribute SAP expertise (MM & PP) to strengthen supply chain operations. - Management of the customer service for Intercompany & Export businesses - Monitoring stock level performance to make sure targets are met - Management of effective warehousing and logistics channels

- Develop a production and distribution schedule based on customer needs and sales forecasts. - Manage the Active Ingredient supply necessary to achieve the production. - Establishes and maintains supportive relationships with customers, to ensure effective communication. - Extract data by SAP BW to identify opportunities for improvement in logistic (stock reduction, saving time…).

- Creation of a SharePoint website for the ISO Manual with the description of the site process, - Implementation of the ISO internal audit in the site, - Provision of a risk assessment, to establish and implement necessary measures in H&S and Env. => The Site of Kansas City has been certified in 2014 for ISO Integrated Certification : Quality, Enivronnement & Security management

- Implementation of a project for obtaining ISO Integrated Certification, - Conducting audits to detect failures and suggest areas for improvement, - Modeling workflow for incident management, audits and action plans on Agilium tool. => The Site of Villefranche has been re-certified since 2012 for ISO Integrated Certification : Quality, Enivronnement & Security management
