More than 20 years of experience in finance analysis, business strategy, banking & Telecom regulations. Bachelor degree in Public Administration / political science, Master degree (MBA) in Finance from University of Nottingham/ England 2001. Currently Member of the following Committees: 1) Deputy chairman of TRA tender Committee. 2) member of TRA HR committee 3) member of the Technical Committee for planning chaired by HE Ministry of Housing Undersecretary, representing the telecom sector in the Committee.(2014-2018) Overall in-charge of the joint national initiative to provide mobile telecom services to the rural areas in Oman, in partnership with Omantel & Ooredoo, to construct more than 300 mobile towers. In addition, key coordinator with Government institutions to facilitate the site acquisition procedures for telecom companies with the different Government institutions.
