* Project materials procurement as per the design and bill of quantities * Define project requirements, develop proposals, estimate costs, and assist in budget preparation and engineering design. * Work as senior electromechanical engineer at site to follow up all electrical and mechanical tasks related to ( RO plants, Sewer lift stations , M.V and L.V electrical power stations..etc). * Assist in electromechanical materials procurement and provide technical studies and comparison sheets, evaluate vendors and negotiate the results with project consultant. * Assist vendors and third parties in commissioning and startup of all electromechanical items such as generators, Fire Fighting system, Cranes and Lifting equipment, submersible pumps, water well pumps control system, STP – sewage treatment plants – installation and commissioning , RO plants installation and commissioning…etc.

 Carry out maintenance check on all machines and equipment as per the manufacturer’s instructions.  Implement ISO standards in maintenance documentation system  Specially involved in installation and commissioning of new machinery and utilities, electrical power installations, pneumatic systems, chillers, compressors & firefighting systems.  Dealing with PLCs, programming and troubleshooting.  Gather, review and analyze maintenance system information and data that will help in minimizing equipment maintenance cost.  Control and implement maintenance external contracts with suppliers or vendors if needed especially for the new installed machines.

 Carry out maintenance work, preventive & corrective check on all machines, including utilities (Cooling towers, Chillers and Compressed air system).  Responsible for the maintenance of Head office equipment’s ( Elevators, A/Cs, Water pumps, Fire Alarm system , Fire Fighting System & electrical Sliding doors)  Follow up all maintenance plans procedures prepared by maintenance manager and manufacturers recommendations on all plant machineries’ and its utilities.
