Supply chain leader with deep experience building and scaling Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) capabilities across complex manufacturing networks. I currently lead supply chain planning across a decentralized network of 100+ manufacturing sites across the U.S. and Canada, overseeing demand, supply, and inventory planning as well as planning analytics and decision support. Much of my work has focused on building capabilities - establishing the teams, governance, and operating frameworks that enable organizations to scale effectively. This includes designing planning processes, implementing enabling technology, and creating cross-functional alignment between commercial, operations, and finance teams to support better enterprise decision-making. My experience spans supply chain strategy, operating model design, Integrated Business Planning, post-merger integration, and digital transformation. I have built and led high-performing teams and partner closely with executive leadership to translate business strategy into operational execution and measurable financial outcomes. I am particularly passionate about developing strong teams and building disciplined supply chain environments where clear decision frameworks, strong data visibility, and cross-functional collaboration enable better, faster decisions and resilient supply chains. I enjoy working in environments where organizations are scaling and supply chain capabilities must evolve to support growth, bringing structure, visibility, and alignment across the enterprise.
