• Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to streamline the photography retouching pipeline from image capture to final delivery; conduct thorough reviews of retouched images to identify and address any issues • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity among team members • Coordinate with photographers to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables • Prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects • Remain current on the latest trends, techniques, and software tools in photography retouching • Manage an efficient archive and tracking system for digital assets; create lighting diagrams to ensure consistency • Implement metadata tagging protocols for easy retrieval and organization • Standardize file naming conventions to enhance searchability and accessibility • Oversee file size management to optimize storage resources; utilize Dropbox for file sharing and collaboration • Identify potential risks and challenges in the retouching process, including tight deadlines, resource constraints, or technical limitations, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them • Generate regular reports on team performance, project status, resource utilization, and other key metrics
