I am currently advising on a $2,000,000 (Two million United States Dollars) private note. I drafted and implemented three key policies for a global fund in Mauritius, ensuring full compliance with the Financial Services Commission's regulatory requirements. This achievement enabled the fund to successfully pass its policy compliance audit. As a key member of the Business Advisory and Corporate Finance Team, i was tasked with the responsibility of advising the firm's clients on their commercial and business transactions,. I also provided legal support, as well as supervised and managed the more junior lawyers in the firm. Some of the key deals i closed and transactions i served on include; - Key member of the team that advised and negotiated the deal for a multi-million Naira power purchase agreement on behalf of a client. - Advised a client on a public private partnership deal for the construction of a beach resort in one of the states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. - Advised a major financial technology company on its $2,500,000.00 series A capital raise. - Advised a leading mobility technology company on its 100% acquisition deal of an automobile tech company. -Advised a leading private equity firm on some of its investments portfolio worth over N3,000,000,000.00 (Three Billion Naira).

As a commercial Litigator, i represented the interest of both corporates and individuals at various courts of records. A few of the privileged transactions i worked on include; - Advised and represented a leading Nigerian music record label, against a popular Nigerian afro artiste, in a ₦300,000,000.00(Three Hundred Million Naira) patent and intellectual property lawsuit. - Represented a client in a fundamental human rights action against an agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria for claims in damages to the tune of ₦150,000,000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Million Naira) at the [Federal High Court]. - Advised a client on a ₦90,000,000.00 (Ninety Million Naira) fraud-related issue with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. - Drafted court processes and represented clients in diverse industries at the superior courts of record.

As a Trainee Associate, i provided additional legal support to the firm and its clients. I also authored, and co-authored various articles, papers and legal opinions on various legal subjects. I Volunteered as a student clinician at the Women's Law Clinic to assist women and indigent persons have access to justice. Some of the important cases i worked on include; - I worked directly with the chief clinician on various family law disputes, and helping mothers get child support for their children - Lead a campaign on consent and rape with other student clinicians to sensitize community youths in the Abadini and Agbowo community of Ibadan. - Offered offered pro-bono legal advice to mothers and women

As the athletics team captain for the university, i lead the school's athletics team to various medals at the Bi-lateral games (Legon, Ghana), West African University Games (Porthacourt, Nigeria), Pre-Nuga Games (Lagos, Nigeria).
