Key Achievements • Active member of the team that achieved IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) compliance for the Bank. • Lead the team that managed the change process of the Banks communication channel from Skype for business to Microsoft Teams, onboarding over 2000 Bank wide users within the designated timeframe. • Successfully delivered the new Credit Risk Grading application and migrated existing customer information within scope and budget. • Active member of the team involved in the development of the Enterprise Data Warehouse to achieve the Bank’s goal of a single source of truth. • Managed the delivery of a Credit Decision Engine for the Business Banking Group enabling decisions in <10 seconds.

The responsibility involved providing a support role to the Project Manager by; • Assisting to plan, organize, and execute the project in an effective manner, • Provide critical data support, • Assist the Project Manager with scheduling, reporting, and document control. Key Achievements • Successful and timely delivery of a platform for International Trade Services that within 6 months of implementation resulted in a 30% increase in customer satisfaction and increased transaction volumes.
