Responsible for the formation and administration of all related Socio - Environmental Regulatory Approvals (SERA) Contracts along with Technical and Engineering Contracts on the Scoping and Pre-Feasibility Phases of the Aktigiruq and Anarraaq Exploration Program in the Red Dog Area of Alaska USA.

Coastal Gaslink Pipeline Project Managing the day-to-day contract administration of Work Pack 3 of the Coastal Gaslink Pipeline (CGL) Approximate project value for Work Pack 3 - $900m Special responsibility was to collate all relevant documentation relating to the company’s claim with the Client over unpaid (rejected) Change Requests. This included, but was not limited to the following: • Development of a detailed case-by-case folder for each Change Request highlighting the contractual justification for the change • Collated all forms of written instructions leading up to the Change Request • Performed an analysis of the provided reasons for rejection by the Client • Documented all internal deliberations on the Change request with the appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SME) and the Project Management Team • Provided a verdict on payment for the Change in question The final documentation was then presented to the Legal department to handle the Claims and subsequent negotiations for resolution of the issues. Trans Mountain Pipeline Project Responsible for managing the Change Management Process on Spread 5 (approx. value - $1.4bn) of the Project for Bonatti Canada, partnering with Kiewit as Kiewit-Bonatti TMEP Partnership (KBTP). Responsibilities include but is not limited to: • Liaising with Construction Management and Engineering for activities outside of the approved Scope of Work that entitle Bonatti for added compensation as per Contract • Development of relevant Change Requests to be submitted to the Partnership (KBTP) • Maintenance of relevant logs for Changes, delays etc.

Managing Contract for the Prime Contractor on one (1) of four (4) Work Packs on the Coastal Gaslink Pipeline Project along with Contractors responsible for Direct Pipe Installation (DPI), Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and Micro Tunnelling on all four (4) Work Packs.

Managed the day-to-day contract administration of the High Pine Expansion Project – South Loop pipeline upgrade from 30” diameter to 42” diameter. Also responsible for the Contract formation and negotiation on the engineering scope for the Engineering Scope for the new automated Compressor Station at the Fort St. John Gas Plant

Responsible for management of the Contract for fabrication of Modules required for the construction of a Central Processing Facility at the Fort Hills Project owned by Suncor Energy in Northern Canada

Managed contractual obligations on construction of the following: - Ferrier Central Processing Facility Project valued at over $600m - Jackfish District Well pads each estimated at approximately $50m - Flow line projects for both above- and below ground, to the tune of $75m (approx.) service the Jackfish processing facilities. - Sustainable projects under Surface Land Construction in the Jackfish districts, Lloydminster and Bonnyville areas of operation. Annual budget, $125m approx. Coordinated the commissioning and startup activities on the company’s Jackfish projects

Worked on the ConocoPhillips Surmont 2 Project, responsible for contracts formation for the pipeline scopes of work and ancillaries (pumps, valves, pig launchers and metering instrumentation), as well as other packages including Engineering, Survey, Fiber Optic Installation and construction of the Project’s Security Guard House.

 Responsible for Civil Earthworks Contracts with a base scope valued at $900m  Acted as liaison and focal point between Project Management, Client(s), Engineering, & Contractors  Participated in the development of the Socio Economic Management Plan, and development of the Sub-Contracting Strategy used in implementing socio-economic initiatives as laid out by Imperial Oil on the Kearl Oil Sands Project.  Worked with Project Managers to ensure all Terms & Conditions of Contracts were adhered to.  Responsible for overseeing the sub-contracting strategies for both the earthworks component and froth treatment plant of the Kearl project with a combined value of approximately $2bn  Involved in negotiations with the management team of the earthworks contractor on the creation of business and employment opportunities for the local Aboriginal businesses in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.  Developed, managed and nourished healthy Contractor relationships on the project  Established and maintained project specific contract status reports and logs  Led the development of necessary processes required to conduct the day-to-day activities of the Socio Economic Management Team  Mentored, coached and provided technical guidance, training and development of project team members unfamiliar with Socio-Economic Management and the contract process

 Responsible for formation and administration of contracts for the for the following projects under the Major Projects Group of Suncor Energy (Brownfield); o Coker Plant of the Millennium Coker Unit Project (MCU10) o Millennium Vacuum Unit – Full Capacity Project (MVU-FC) o Delta Valve installations on Plant 52 (Coker Unit)
