- Coordination of RFI, RFP and RFQ documentation - Commercial negotiations with suppliers within the following fields: IT, Network Planning, Energy for base stations, Development & Operations (telecommunication platforms and systems incl. HW, SW, applications, licenses, I&C, support and maintenance services - Contracts management (including Service Level Agreements (SLA)) - Regular presentations for P4 Management & Supervisory Boards - Analyses of the best purchasing model (direct purchase, outsourcing, leasing, etc) - Regular savings reports
