I am an Operations & Site Manager with end‑to‑end responsibility across daily operations and the development of scalable, compliant ways of working. My scope covers production, site performance, procurement, suppliers, quality, AI and internal IT, with a strong focus on governance, operational flow and continuous improvement. I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring that transformation initiatives, audits and improvement programs translate into measurable results in day‑to‑day operations. This includes driving cross‑functional change across operations, supply chain and systems, strengthening structures and reducing risk and dependency on individuals. A central part of my role is ensuring operational compliance and audit readiness, spanning quality management, supplier structure and regulatory requirements, while maintaining efficiency and delivery focus. I also lead the adoption of digital solutions and AI, ensuring new technologies are implemented responsibly, securely and with clear business value. I combine a hands‑on approach to operations, systems and problem‑solving with a leadership focus on building capability, clarity and ownership across the organisation.

I held responsibility for production operations and procurement, with end‑to‑end accountability for manufacturing performance, purchasing, suppliers and material availability. The role combined daily production leadership with supplier management, cost control and operational planning to ensure stable output, quality and delivery reliability. During this period, I played a key role in the implementation of a new business system, aligning production, procurement and inventory processes to improve structure, traceability and operational control. I worked closely with production teams and suppliers to balance capacity, lead times and inventory while continuously improving flow and ways of working across production and supply chain.

I worked as a Production Supervisor with responsibility for production planning, daily execution and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations. In addition to leading production flow and coordinating resources, I worked hands‑on in production and actively developed processes, layouts and ways of working to improve efficiency, quality and stability. The role combined operational leadership with practical production work, focusing on improving flow, reducing waste and strengthening day‑to‑day performance on the shop floor.
