Experienced senior executive with over 25 years of background in Finance, Supply Chain and General Management within international B2B groups in the automotive distribution and business services sectors. My career has been built at the crossroads of corporate finance, operational transformation and performance management in diverse contexts: organic and external growth, LBO, restructuring, post-acquisition integration, and crisis management. Within Alliance Automotive Group (GPC Group – NYSE), a leading player in automotive parts distribution (France revenue: €1.1bn), I held successive roles as Chief Financial Officer, Supply Chain Director, and subsequently Corporate Secretary. These responsibilities led me to orchestrate the transformation of the organization from €100m to over €1bn in revenue, structure the Supply Chain function (17 platforms, 500 people), and strengthen the Group’s financial and legal governance in France. My experience also includes managing multidisciplinary teams, redesigning financial and logistics processes, implementing digital solutions (ERP, digitization), and leading strategic initiatives with strong impact on profitability and organizational resilience. Pragmatic, execution-driven and strongly result-oriented, I bring a dual financial & industrial expertise to support the stability, performance, and sustainable growth of companies.
