Responsible for leading the regional asset management and reliability strategy across Alcoa’s North American operations. Partnering with operations, engineering and technical teams to improve asset performance, strengthen maintenance excellence and support long-term operational reliability. Key focus areas include: • Aligning regional asset management programs with global strategy • Driving reliability improvement initiatives across multiple industrial sites • Supporting maintenance teams with best practices, standards and technical expertise • Enhancing asset performance, risk management and lifecycle decision making • Collaborating with operations leadership to improve productivity and cost performance

As Director of Asset Management at Olymel, I am responsible for the performance and long-term sustainability of industrial assets across a network of 22 sites throughout Canada. I lead a multidisciplinary team focused on deploying structured asset management practices aligned with business priorities. My role includes overseeing the implementation and governance of the CMMS across multiple facilities, developing asset heat maps to assess risk and criticality, and establishing a 10-year CAPEX plan to support executive decision-making and investment prioritization. I also drive the standardization of asset management practices at a national level. Acting as a strategic link between operations, maintenance, and senior leadership, I enable informed decisions that maximize asset value, reliability, and long-term performance.

As the Operations Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the teams in the processing, production, maintenance, and logistics departments. These teams include approximately 60 production employees and 15 drivers dedicated to delivering products to our customers. They are supported by a team of 20 individuals, including foremen, technicians, and office staff. Together, we ensure that we meet our customers' expectations in terms of product quality and on-time delivery.

Under the authority of the Associate Director, Engine Center Technical Services, I manage the front-line department within the engine centers of Longueuil and St-Hubert facilities. Under my responsibility I have a team of 55 employees made up of supervisors, engineers and technicians.

As Maintenance Manager in the Steel mill I am responsable for all the department related to the maintenance of the plant. Under my responsability are the project engineers, reliability engineers, maintenance coordinators and planners. This represent a maintenance team of 90 persons.

As Area manager I am in charge of the operation of the continuous casting department, wich include a Slab caster and a Billets caster. The total steel production for these two machines is 1.4 Millions tons. The responsabilities in my position is to manage the maintenance and the production department of both caster.
