Reporting directly to Perenco Gabon General Manager, in charge of: - Contract & Purchasing strategy: Opex and Capex (total circa 800 Mn USD) - International Transit: 15,000 tons /year of freight - Warehousing and Stock inventory (130Mn USD stock value) - Yard management (90,000 m2 ) - Logistics for cargo onshore and offshore (AHTS supply vessels, cargo barges, trucks, ...) - Logistics for Pax (surfers, river crew boats, helicopters, chartered plane) - Travels and general services. Gabon subs represents 800 staff among which 45 expats

Direct report to Congo subsidiary General Manager. - Leading procurement activities (circa 500 Mn USD/yr, 8,000 contracts and orders), - Following the associated international transport (9,000 tons/yr, 200 equivalent containers) - Managing the stock (70 Mn USD value) - Controlling Travels and General Services (Congo subs =200 staff among which 25 expats)

Leading Project Purchasing for the Group. - implementation of this new function as support for Project and Operational engineers - writing of procedures, best practices to encompass this process, this Cost Culture and interactions with departments and subsidiaries. - recruitment of Project Buyers and set-up of Head-Quarter organisation - After less than 3 years the Spend handled by the HQ Purchasing team reached 200 Mn USD

USAN Project - TOTAL: Responsible for the whole Post-Order Team: Expediting, Inspection and Transit. 500 Mn USD Contracts value. 22 staff within the team.
