I was hired in the Alcatel group in 1994, as Voice-Datas-Images infrastructures designer. Then, during 10 years, I search, obtain the construction permit, follow the implementation of around 50 Telecom buildings & Shelters sites ( for Global Crossing, Interoute i21 ) in France; also in parallel I supported several Bids & projects in Saudi Arabia, Sudan or Iran, for Oil % Gas contracts. I obtained the Project Management Professional certification ( by Project Management Institute ) in 2005. Then, after 5 years searching-acquisition-construction of 20 POP ( Point Of Presences ) as refurbished buildings in Paris and 1 submarine cable's landing station in Venezuela, I obtained accreditation by Alcatel-Lucent International, as Technical Project manager, in 2011. I completed therefore an other station for Alcatel-Lucent Submarine Networks in Colombia.
