Organized inventory for the university Gala event. Assisted with set-up throughout the venue, day-of coordination and management of the volunteers, and clean-up post event. Maintained excel spreadsheets of the inventory needed for the event. Acknowledged every guest as they left the event with a gift bag and managed the volunteers while organizing the silent auctions.

Planned approximately 80 events totaling to over half a million dollars in less than a year. Helped train an Assistant Event Planner for events such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, offsite meetings, public events, graduations, non-profit fundraisers, and corporate holiday parties. Managed 3rd-party staffing agencies onsite during events – security crews, valets, parking / facility staff, setup and cleanup crews. Coordinated equipment rentals, schedule timelines, and facility logistics. Managed events for corporate clients, such as: Cisco, Kaiser Permanente, Apple, Google, Ernst & Young, Hewlett Packard, and KLA Tencor. Experience operating a Scissor Lift, lighting, programming HVAC, and other facility operations.

Assisted with preparation and logistics for alumni events on and off campus. Networked with campus community; such as: sororities, fraternities, clubs, and other departments heads for each event.

Organizing, filing, creating and confirming tax preparation appointments with clients.

Created quotes and contracts for clients to approve. Maintained the website along with writing blogs of each event we've attended. Created call sheets for the day-of events that detailed every aspect of the day.

Organized and planned the Luna Park Chalk Art Festival held every September. Reached out to local businesses for in-kind donations that would benefit the foundation and the festival. Organized the logistics for set-up, day-of, and clean-up of the festival. Acted as promoter of the event to surrounding festivals in the Bay Area in order to attract more vendors and attendees.
