In the role of HR Generalist, I was responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operational tasks of human resources in a healthcare setting, including HRIS management, employee relations, advising leadership on organizational HR policy, legal compliance, and accreditation compliance.

Act in a HR Business Partner role, partnering with various department managers to provide strategic and operational support across the organization, including advisement on organizational policy and compliance. Manage all aspects of employee health and welfare plans including employee health insurance, and administer all leaves of absences across the organization. Active member of multidisciplinary teams including Code Yellow Response Team, Beta Heart debrief team, Workplace Violence Level 2 trainer, Mammoth Hospital Staff and Friends Chair, and High School Health Sciences Academy in-house program development and liaison. Act as interim HR Director during absences and medical leaves.
