Olivia Amato

Olivia Amato is a highly popular Peloton instructor and social media influencer at the forefront of the fitness scene. A New York native, Olivia excelled as an athlete from a young age, playing field hockey and lacrosse. She was a 2x all-county track star in high school and became a cheerleader in college, where her team won the national championship. After graduating from Fordham University with a degree in business and finance, Olivia began her professional career on Wall Street in sales and trading. She loved the relationship aspect of the job but couldn’t bear sitting at a desk for 12-hour days. She started to use fitness as an outlet and would take clients to classes instead of dinners – bonding and talking about the stock market over workouts and a smoothie. While working on the trading floor, Olivia spent her spare time training to be a boxing instructor. Olivia made the full transition to her career in fitness once she got into the instructor training program at a popular fitness studio in New York. Her road eventually ran straight to Peloton where she knew right away that she was exactly where she was supposed to be — becoming a bike, tread, boot camp and strength instructor. Olivia gets to mesh her business and creative minds together while connecting and inspiring hundreds of thousands of people all around the world — truly her dream come true.
