I am a highly capable, independent DMPK scientist and senior in vivo study director recognised for my attention to detail, diligence, and analytical mind. I successfully deliver quality decision-making data to drug discovery programmes through effective stakeholder engagement, collaborative working and a thorough understanding of project needs and timelines. I have worked closely with project teams to design and coordinate a range of preclinical pharmacokinetics studies to support the in vivo characterisation of therapeutic compounds, answer specific ADME questions, and aid human dose predictions. I have significant experience performing non-compartmental analysis, in addition to compartmental modelling and simulation, using Phoenix WinNonlin. Furthermore, I recently completed an MSc in Model-Based Drug Development where I gained skills in population and PBPK modelling and simulation using software tools such as NONMEM, Monolix, MATLAB, Simcyp and GastroPlus. I have extensive experience as a presenter, adept at delivering talks to diverse audiences. For instance, I’ve presented data to DMPK colleagues, conducted educational talks, and provided training and technical communications to various stakeholders within preclinical drug discovery.
