I am a recent college graduate with public relations and management experience. I plan to begin working in conservation as soon as possible. Growing up and studying in Louisiana, I have had the privilege of experiencing our unique wetland ecosystem, and have thus gained an appreciation for its importance to the residents of the Gulf Coast, as well as its own intrinsic value. Wherever I land, I hope to be able to play a role in preserving the land and wildlife that we so often take for granted, while also pursuing a career in the veterinary field.

Administered medications to sick animals as well as keeping watch for any symptoms of potential illness in healthy animals. Transported animals to and from vet, and did associated data entry to ensure that the rest of the medical team was up to date and knew about any new medications. Also occasionally shadowed volunteer veterinarians who would treat the animals at the shelter.

My duties consisted of managing chapter representatives from various greek organizations and clubs around campus, as well as facilitating orders and handling any customer complaints or problems. Many of my duties required an element of design, as customers often preferred that I communicated with company artists to design merchandise for them.
