The Challenge Program, Inc. is a Pennsylvania based non-profit organization designed to provide high school students with incentives for success . The Challenge Program rewards four students from each of the sophomore, junior and senior classes a $250 check, totaling twelve incentives per school in the following categories: Academic Excellence, Academic Improvement, Community Service, and Attendance. The program partners with local businesses to educate students on local career opportunities while also motivating them to excel in the classroom and in their communities. Responsible for communicating via telephone and e-mail, typing and updating records and invoices, organizing files, preparing packets for students who are awarded, assisting with awards assemblies, and collecting information to create marketing materials such as newsletters and brochures using Microsoft Publisher
