Education

Regional and Environmental Policy
I have just finished a year long Masters Course from the Department of Geography and Earth Sciences (DGES) at Aberystwyth University. DGES is currently ranked in 100 Geography departments in the world (QS University Ranking 2016). Throughout the course there was a focus on adapting more general styles of writing to be more explicit and in tune with policy writing. Heavy focus was given to both Environmental and Regional policy, whilst also gaining an understanding of the theory that drives them. Dissertation Title: Nostalgia, Embodiment and Collecting: A study into how the revival of vinyl records is a contradiction of societal and technological progress Key Words: Vinyl Records, Nostalgia, Collecting, Place, Technology https://courses.aber.ac.uk/postgraduate/regional-and-environmental-policy-masters/

Geography
This course provided me with a broad knowledge of both Human and Physical Geography. The course was extremely valuable in gaining a larger understanding of how the world around us operates, in both humanistic and environmental ways. It allowed me to apply my knowledge in a more critical manner over a wide range of subjects. Use and adapt both quantitative and qualitative research methods and apply them in the field. https://www.aber.ac.uk/en/study-schemes/deptcurrent/?s=F800-BSC
