* First point of contact for all queries * Writing letters and emails from dictation * Inputting of data and updating spread sheets and databases * Providing secretarial support to the Centre manager and Operations manager * Dealing with payments / organising invoices * Assisting the Centre Manager in the marketing and promotional activity * Working knowledge of the following systems (PeopleSoft, Yardi, Connect, Supplier Workflow) * Sorting and prioritising incoming post and electronic mail. * Typing of letters, memos and emails Inc. Mail merge * Monitoring stock and ordering stationery supplies * Invoicing of mall concession income * Organising and monitoring service charge budgets * Tenant Liaison: Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with tenants and obtaining weekly sales data
