Oliverio Álvarez Alonso

I am currently the Managing Partner for Energy, Resources & Industrials (ERI) in Deloitte Spain, which includes the following sectors: Power, Utilities & Renewables; Industrial Products; Engineering & Construction; Oil, Gas & Chemicals; and Mining & Metals. I have a proven track record in the design, development, and implementation of regulatory frameworks in the Energy and Industrial Sectors in Europe, Latin America, and Africa. I have ample experience providing technical and financial analysis for both companies and regulators, and also collaborate with a broad range of educational entities and institutions as a specialist in Energy Markets and Industrial Policies. I am a regular contributor to sectorial journals and technical publications. I have a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Oviedo, and an Executive Master's in Business Administration from IESE – University of Navarra. I am also a licensed certified public accountant (CPA).
