As the Malaysia Business Development & Warehouse Solutions Consultant at Nanjing Ouman Storage, I support companies across all industries in improving warehouse capacity and operational efficiency. My work covers the full spectrum of storage solutions—from conventional racking to semi-automated shuttle systems and fully automated ASRS. I conduct site assessments, analyse workflows and storage utilisation, and design practical, ROI-focused warehouse solutions tailored to each client’s operations. My role bridges technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring that complex technologies such as shuttle systems, ASRS and high-density storage become clear, actionable options for customers. Key responsibilities: Leading market development and identifying warehouse projects across various industries in Malaysia. Evaluating site conditions and diagnosing storage and workflow challenges. Designing customised racking, shuttle and automation solutions. Coordinating with engineering, R&D and regional service teams for accurate implementation. Providing consultative guidance on expansion, optimisation and long-term warehouse planning.
