In 2021, Fore Distillery was founded with a vision to create premium craft spirits in the heartlands of Ireland. I work primarily as the sole Distiller and Founder at Fore Distillery. Raised in the nearby Co.Meath, I knew the area had a deep and rich history which was the inspiration for the brand. I am working to create craft Irish spirits with a unique character as storied as the lands from which they originated. Spending time learning the craft in the southern states of America, taking direct inspiration from the Benedictine Monks of the local Fore Abbey, I proudly present Fore Valley Golden Irish Rum, White Irish Rum & Irish Poitín. Currently, Fore Distillery is maturing Whiskey which we hope will be another warmly welcomed addition to the brand. The vision is to promote premium craft distilling in a way that encapsulates a distinct sense of Irish heritage and character.
