From a single studio apartment in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Oliver has grown his Short-Term Rental (STR) portfolio to spread across the country! In 2021, Oliver created OurStay Vacations to help others grow their passive STR income effortlessly. When partnering with OurStay, Oliver will oversee all properties nationwide alongside a Market Manager and other property maintenance teams/services to provide a personalized boots-on-the-ground approach. Oliver is an experienced business leader with over 8-years of experience within the marketing/advertising, healthcare, and Short-Term Real Estate industries.
