Regional Product Manager • In charge of Philips accessories product marketing, product management, project management (power bank, charging cable, headphone and so on)in given region.. • Supported sales for annual business target, provided technical support for marketing, analyzed product strategies, managed the sales amount and ROI. R&D Project Manager • In charger of Philips consumer electronic development. conducted technology trend, user, competitor and market research. • Product cost evaluation and product quotation, cooperated with IC supplier, solution supplier, PCB supplier, internal R&D team, purchasing and logistic team to develop the product in required schedule. Attend in supplier development with buyer. • Technical and product solution support for sales marketing activities. • Conducted project initiation/project kick-off/project planning/managed EVT, DVT and PVT stage/review meeting/trial production arrangement and summary meeting. During project stage, collecting and sorting out schematic diagram, Gerber, 2D/3D documents, BOM, key component list, project plan, test report, certification and other technical data.

• Managed Gen2 ROSA, Flex grid NLW 5.0/6.0 TOSA, Nano ITLA TOSA and Tunable TOSA projects from Lumentum. • Managed the RFI / RFP / RFQ / EVT / DVT / PVT / MP stage of project on schedule and published the corresponding technical document (drawings, WI, SOW and etc.) according to checklist. Conducted failure analysis and drew up solution to close the issue. • Conducted PO management, quotation and quarterly price adjustment based on the material PPV and manufacturing variance. • Made WBS / project plan / project budget plan with professional project management tools. • Launched team building, communication channel establishment, cross department communication and coordination, resource allocation. Called for the project meeting and being the contact window of customer.

• Server radiator products developing and project management (DELL Pioneer, Sandstorm, Horizon projects and etc). • Collected competitor information, made competitive analysis and product quotation for project bidding. • New product introduction under IATF16949 Dell supplier management process. Made PPAP, SPC, FMEA and GRR documents. Managed the Ppk, Cpk and yield in production process. • 3D modeling, tolerance analysis, 2D drawing, sample testing, part number creating, ERP system maintenance and engineering document collection. • As the contact window of customer, served for the customer and handled all kind of assigned work from management team.
