* Primary responsibility is to focus HSE and Field Support by continuous planning, support and follow-up on matters related to operations integrity. * Responsible for HSE non-conformance investigation, remedial work plan implementation, HARC management. * Responsible for implementation of Quality Standards, annual audits in the area of responsibility. * Coordinating CAPEX planning, asset/materials utilization, optimization and management with the associated logistics/infrastructure needs. * Ensures that related financial transactions, reporting system are in compliance with company policies. * Supports the appropriate technical business systems to for segment activities locally.

* Primary responsibility is to coach/guide the training and development of Field and Technical Maintenance personnel in compliance segment requirements/guidelines. * Arrangement of the mentoring programs, on-the-job training of field/maintenance personnel at the well site. * Participation in Quality incidents investigations. * Participation in recruitment /selection of field and technical maintenance personnel. * Performing annual audits of operating points in the area of responsibility

Focusing on achieving the level of proficiency at the well site. Assisting to the experienced DD'a with daily tasks and reports. - Assisting the technicians in the workshop to inspect, repair and prepare directional drilling tools. - Demonstrating knowledge in geometric planning and surveying computation techniques, conventional and rotary steerable technology, relevant D&M software used to plan and execute DD services

* Monitoring & control of assets/materials movements within and outside the region. Ensures compliance to related financial procedures. * Implementation of regular performance, procedures review * Leading of physical asset counts, implementation of the inventory control procedures and forecasting. * Optimization of the procurement process by monitoring the optimal turnaround & delivery times. * Active involvement in CAPEX planning, asset ordering, optimization and management. * Regular audits of operating points in the area of responsibility.

* Delivery of high quality measurements services to clients at the well site. * Fully responsible for Service Quality and HSE on the job, involves to job preparation and planning * Effective management of inventory and supplies required at the well site. * Develops and maintains a positive relationship and communication with the clients on the rig site. * Provides quality solutions to customer’s questions, requests, or problems at the well site. * Reviews and appraises the performance of junior engineers, consistent with performance objectives. * Active participation in knowledge sharing. Keep informed on current Oilfield technology.
