I am a CPA and FCCA (European equivalent of CPA) and have over thirteen years of experience ranging from a Tech SaaS startup, Fortune 100 company and public accounting (Deloitte, serving technology and other clients). I am experienced working directly with senior leadership teams and explaining complex accounting topics to non-accountants in simple terms. I have experience successfully leading the company through 1st year audit, building teams, have broad operational and hands-on close and reporting experience, including preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and management reporting, optimizing existing and establishing new operational processes. I am technical accounting savvy in different areas of accounting and industries (including Internal-Use Software, Leases, Rev Rec, Software, Stock Compensation, Intangibles, Derivatives, R&D).
