Play Magnus Group was acquired by Chess.com :D - Focus on hiring for Engineering roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and bring in the right talent. - Work with external consultants to prepare and manage employment contracts, making sure everything aligns with Spanish labor laws and GDPR. - Help non-EU employees move to Spain by coordinating visas, work permits, and renewals with local authorities and legal partners. - Take care of onboarding and offboarding, keep employee records up to date, and make sure payroll and local benefits (like Edenred) run smoothly. - Act as the go-to person for labor law matters, stay informed on regulation changes, and update internal policies when needed.

The Group was acquired by Chess.com My main duties: - Assisting the hiring managers in the assessment of candidates and onboarding of staff - Enhancing recruitment efforts - Taking care of all the HR admin tasks - Measuring and monitoring existing HR policies and procedures - Managing Personio (HRIS), our ATS, and employee benefits

- Implementing and constantly improving tech hiring solutions in close collaboration with the engineering team - Building and maintaining a network within engineering communities through sourcing activities - Managing the internal talent pool (hiring Data Engineers, Full-Stack Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, etc..) - Consulting the engineering management on people strategies - Organize and attend in-house and external Meet-Ups as well as representing TrustYou at national and international tech conferences - Sharing analytics and hiring reports within the People Operations & Culture team, as well as with the engineering leadership
