Yamal LNG Project • Expertise in pipeline Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Flange Management services. • Supervision of a team up to 12 operators. • QA/QC for process pipelines flanged connections. • Coordinate LOCKOUT/TAGOUT implementation and removal. • Ensure that any engineering changes to process systems are captured and marked up on project master P&ID's with regard to Leak Test Packs. • Responsible for Vertical 3000 m3 steel tanks Chemical loading. • Supervision and execution of Nitrogen Leak tests on process pipelines using Air Compressors, high pressure Booster Compressor, Nitrogen Membrane Generator, Air driers and coolers. • Training new team members. • Reporting to a senior project manager.

Yamal LNG project • Responsible for releasing of PWHT and NDE spool prefabrication QC forms for hydraulic test and painting. • Spool prefabrication, welding and dimensional check QC forms release. • Coordinating, witnessing, evaluation of NDT techniques like RT, PT, UT, MT. • Preparation of Test Packages individual system wise, which includes material certificates, welding history records, NDT reports, QC forms, and getting Contractors approval. • Review of Material Test Certificates for Raw Materials like pipes, fittings, flanges. • Day to day follow up and test package preparation coordination between Contractors and Sub-contractors Construction, QC, Logistics departments. • Coordinate with construction testing group and QC department in the preparation test requirement of the test pack facilities close out of any outstanding punch items. • Develop of Deviation permits and Technical queries. • Review method statements, procedures, ITP and assist with establishing acceptable working practices for construction activities • Reporting directly to QC Managing Director. • Working with Russian certification GOST, International Standards like API, ASME, ISO 9001.
